As an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, I have spent the past several decades investing in the development of leaders as a consultant, professor, co-worker, researcher and coach. Having had the great fortune of working in a few jobs that I really loved, it is my goal to help leaders create the type of organizational culture that people love to work for and customers love to work with.
